Dinah Beames is is the coordinator of the Colorado Home Intervention Programme, known as CHIP. CHIP is a world renowned early support service for families with deaf and hard of hearing children. Dinah’s presentation, ‘Families at the Centre of Family-Centred Services’ demonstrates not just that parents are central to quality family services, but that they are the best people to shape the services for their family.
