Dinah Beames is is the coordinator of the Colorado Home Intervention Programme, known as CHIP. CHIP is a world renowned early support service for families with deaf and hard of hearing children. Dinah’s presentation, ‘Families at the Centre of Family-Centred Services’ demonstrates not just that parents are central to quality family services, but that they are the best people to shape the services for their family. Parents should find this presentation both uplifting and empowering.
